NOTICE OF MEETING
SPECIAL MAGISTRATES APPOINTED BY THE
NASSAU COUNTY VALUE ADJUSTMENT BOARD 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nassau County Value Adjustment Board Attorney will meet with the Special Magistrates appointed by the Value Adjustment Board to conduct an orientation session. The meeting will be held on September 17, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at the Robert M. Foster Justice Center, 76347 Veterans Way, Clerk’s Admin Conference Room, Yulee, Florida. The Special Magistrates, Board Clerk, Public, or Board Attorney may appear by telephonic means or video conferencing utilizing the Teams application. Teams application information can be obtained from the VAB Clerk at VAB@nassauclerk.com or by phone at 904-548-4666.
The meeting is for instructional purposes to review procedures for hearings, ensure that the Special Magistrates receive the Department of Revenue Uniform Policies Manual, handling or consideration of petitions, evidence, worksheets, forms, and decisions or related computer files as they pertain to local policies and procedures.
The meeting is open to the public for observation. Individuals wishing to observe remotely can join the meeting via the Teams link below.
